Hillcore Seniors Living (HSL) owns and manages a diverse and expanding portfolio of 22 residences across Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick, offering a total of 2,267 beds. These residences include both retirement and long-term care communities, allowing us to meet the varied needs of seniors as they age.
Our national footprint ensures we are embedded in the communities we serve urban and rural alike providing local access to high-quality, compassionate care. Long-term care residences typically provide more extensive nursing, personal care, and rehabilitation services than retirement residences. By offering this full continuum of care, HSL helps seniors transition seamlessly as their needs evolve, all within the comfort and familiarity of our network.
At the heart of our success is Omni Healthcare Ltd., the operating arm of HSL and a trusted name in Canadian seniors care. With a team of over 2,100 healthcare professionals, Omni delivers person-centered services grounded in clinical excellence, respect, and empathy.

To keep pace with evolving standards and rising demand, Hillcore is making substantial investments in the modernization and redevelopment of our facilities. Currently, 1,159 beds in Ontario are undergoing redevelopment, with a focus on creating modern, purpose-built environments that prioritize safety, accessibility, and resident well-being.
This transformation is more than structural, it’s a reinvestment in the people who call our communities home. Updated residences offer brighter spaces, improved amenities, and enhanced care models, all designed to support better health outcomes and quality of life.
With multiple redevelopment and new-build projects underway, and additional developments in the pipeline, our seniors living platform is on a strong growth trajectory. Once current initiatives are complete, our network will grow to include more than 2,700 beds and support a workforce of over 2,600 employees across Canada.
